• I tried redirecting all the councillors pages, but for some reason the redirects aren't working... not sure why. Can someone with a little more knowledge of the wiki language give me a hand? pm_shef 00:26, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

The wikimarkup for redirects is pretty strict, but I see you've fixed it. The redirect markup must be on the first line of the article. It'll be ignored unless it is :-) Jude(talk,contribs) 00:35, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

• Of course he, in and of himself, is not noteable, but the position itself is noteable in that its the only one of its kind in Ontario. It may be worth it simply to note the existence of the position, if not the person who holds it. pm_shef 04:55, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

• pm_shef: not sure I agree there. Is it possible to verify that this is the only position of its kind, or is that folklore? What does the youth councillor actually do? I think the position shouldn't be listed in the article as it is right now, unless the youth councillor is actually a voting, participating member in the city council. On the other hand, if anyone ever makes this article more than a stub, perhaps they could talk about the youth councillor position as part of that. Mangojuice 20:40, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
