Vatonies (Greek: Βατωνιές) also with an e accented is a town in the northwestern part of the island of Corfu. It it also in the municipality of Agios Georgios. Its 2001 population was 92 for the settlement. Agios Georgios Pagon is located northwest of the city of Corfu and about near Pagi.

The main last name in the village is Letheriotis, Lefteriotis which were from Eleftheriores from the Byzantine period, families with tax resisters during the rule of Manuel I Comnenus in the 12th century.

Vatonies has a church, restaurants, bars, taverns and a square (plateia). Its nearest school is in Pagi, gymnasium (middle school), lyceum (secondary school) are in Velonades.
