Vasavi Bhil

Vasavi language is a Bhil language spoken by the Vasavi Bhil People. They live mainly in two districts straddling the Gujarat Maharashtra border - Bharuch district in Gujarat and Dhule district of Maharashtra. Smaller communities may be found Vadodara and Surat districts of Gujarat and in south western Madhya pradesh. The main dialects are Kataliya, Central vasavi dialect and devaliya which has more marathi influence and is spoken in Maharashtra.
