Varsi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Parma in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 120 km west of Bologna and about 40 km southwest of Parma. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,423 and an area of 79.6 km².[1]
The municipality of Varsi contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Baghetti, Bianchi, Contile, Corticella, Ferrè, Franchini, Lagadello, Leonardi, Libbia Sopra, Libbia Sotto, Manini, Michelotti, Minassi, Peracchi, Peretti, Perotti, Pessola, Pietracavata, Rocca, Scaffardi, Scortichiere, Sgui, Tognoni, Tosca, Villora, and Volpi.
