As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 90 people, 36 households, and 25 families residing in the city. The population density was 364.9 people per square mile (139.0/km²). There were 44 housing units at an average density of 178.4/sq mi (68.0/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 100.00% White.
There were 36 households out of which 27.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.8% were married couples living together, 11.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.8% were non-families. 22.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.50 and the average family size was 2.85.
In the city the population was spread out with 23.3% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 27.8% from 25 to 44, 20.0% from 45 to 64, and 23.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females there were 114.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 122.6 males.
The median income for a household in the city was $35,469, and the median income for a family was $35,156. Males had a median income of $24,688 versus $18,750 for females. The per capita income for the city was $13,611. There were 9.7% of families and 12.0% of the population living below the poverty line, including 47.4% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
