Vargotah is a band from Germany formed in 1999. Their musical style fuses a broad variety of elements and techniques, often of Metal, Industrial and Psychedelic influences with those of undetermined Ethnic origins. Vargotah is also known as a Vampire Cult (referred to as "The Cult of Vargotah" or "The Vargotah Cult").

Formed by ex-members of the 90s underground band The Heroin, Orkun Ozzduner remains the only constant member of the band. As a producer, vocalist, songwriter and instrumentalist he is responsible for the musical and artistical direction. Vargotah's band members are all of different cultural background and musical heritage which enriches the band's creations and has contributed to form a circle of core members who fairly regular appear on studio albums, live-recordings, remixes and concerts. Vargotah's essence focuses on philosophical, politicalexistential, humanistic and scientific subjects, often counterportrayed by controversial, abstract and surreal lyricism and design, occasionally combined with dark humorous expressionism. Though Vargotah have never communicated their role in public the fans associate them with the Occult and Vampires.
