Varco Sabino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rieti in the Italian region Latium, located about 60 km northeast of Rome and about 20 km southeast of Rieti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 246 and an area of 24.6 km².[1]

Varco Sabino borders the following municipalities: Ascrea, Castel di Tora, Concerviano, Marcetelli, Paganico Sabino, Pescorocchiano, Petrella Salto, Rocca Sinibalda.
