[edit] Your edit to Batman Begins

Please review the Wikipedia policy of no original research. The Influences section is based on what was said in the "Genesis of the Bat" featurette on the film's DVD, and your expanded information is original research in drawing your own unsourced connections between Batman Begins and Year One. If you want to include these connections, then you would need to cite a reliable source so other editors can verify that information. What seems obvious to you may not be obvious to all readers. —Erik (talk/contrib) @ 22:50, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

I must concur with Erikster. To cur through all the Wikipedia mumbo-jumbo, here's the deal: While the film obviously takes a lot from Year One, the featurette only mentions Falcone and Gordon. You'd need to find another featurette/interview/article which mentions the other stuff, or it's just your word. Thanks for showing interest, though. However, your other edits to this film article are appreciated. I assume good faith in your expansion of the Influences section, but I hope you understand why the informnation could not be included without citation. If you have any further questions about editing, especially when it comes to editing superhero films like this one, feel free to ask on the article's respective talk page. —Erik (talk/contrib) @ 23:24, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Talk:The Departed

Hi,

I would suggest reading up on some of the following policies: WP:CIVIL, WP:BITE. Your comment here, in my opinion, was entirely inappropriate. – Lantoka (talk) 23:43, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
