[edit] Terminated destinations

There seems to be a belief here that destinations not served are not to have the airports listed. According the the guideline, Wikipedia:WikiProject Aviation/Airline destination lists, there is no reason for such an approach. It is just as interesting to have airports specified for past as present destinations. And just because other articles share the same errors, doesn't mean this article has to be done incorrectly too.
