"Vargön is the idyll of a small town in Sweden and have about 10.000 habbitants". Have the population increased with 100% since 2000?

It might be true, but I want proof for a lot of things in this article. For like "a factory called "Alloys" that's making metals and it has 2% of Swedens electricy bills". Sounds crazy to me. But then again, it might be true.

The factory is actually called "Vargön alloys", and I know that it needs a lot of electricity, but 2%? sounds a bit too much...
