Although this image is subject to copyright, I, champion150 (talk · contribs), feel that its use in Varity is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a brand and company logo of for which no equivalent free alternative exists or could be created without infringing on copyright;
2. It is being used for informational purposes only;
3. It does not infringe upon the original copyright holder's ability to profit from the media; and
4. The logo is not used in such a way that a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the logo.
5. It contributes significantly to the article in which it is used by identifying its subject.
