Vanu Gopala Menon

Vanu Gopala Menon is, as of April 2008, both the Permanent Representative of Singapore to the United Nations and Singapore's Ambassador to Turkey.

Menon joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1985 and has served as both the Secretary and Director for the Policy, Planning and Analysis Directorite branch of the United Nations.

Menon graduated from the National University of Singapore with a bachelor's degree in 1993, then later with a Master's degree from the University of London in 1994. He was born on September 8th, 1960 and has a wife and son.
