Vanessa Peters is a solo vocalist and guitarist who often performs accompanied by the Italian instrumental trio known as Ice Cream on Mondays. She has toured internationally throughout the United States, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, and has released five studio albums, two of them featuring Ice Cream on Mondays. She resides predominantly in Castiglion Fiorentino, Italy, but regularly visits the United States for tours. These tours may include some or all of the band members from Ice Cream on Mondays or may simply feature her solo performances.
