Vanessa is currently attending Colonel By Secondary School in Ottawa. She has sung the national anthem at many events like at an Ottawa Senators hockey game. She has also sung the theme song of the show she is starring in, The Latest Buzz. She claims that singing is one of her number one passions and the similarity between her and her character in The Latest Buzz, Amanda, is that they both like fashion.
