Vanessa Maria van Arendonk (born 22 November 1980 in Curacao) is a former winner of the Miss Curacao contest and contestant in the 2003 Miss Universe pageant held in Panama.

She was the first miss Curacao ever to have the 2 most important beauty queen titles of the island under her name. These are Miss International Curacao 2001 and Miss Curacao Universe 2003.

In 2001, She became Miss International Curacao, where she represented her country in the Miss International Beauty Pageant that was held in Tokyo, Japan.

Vanessa speaks 4 languages (English, Papiamento, Spanish and Dutch) and is an undergraduate at Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York. Her major is International Studies with a minor in Political Science.
