Vanee Foods Company, Inc. is a manufacturer of canned entrees, gravies, sauces, and soups, as well as cooking bases, for the foodservice industry. Founded by Joseph and Adriana VanEekeren in 1950, Vanee Foods is still family owned and operated. Today there are eight family members involved in the day-to-day management of the company.
The company markets its products through broadline foodservice distributors, such as Sysco, U.S. Foodservice, Gordon Food Service, Ben E. Keith, Reinhart FoodService, and Shamrock Foods. Vanee Foods also manufactures custom formulations for national and regional chain restaurants, and is a co-packer for several major food comanpanies.
