Vancouver Whitecaps Residency, formerly known as Whitecaps FC Reserves, are a Canadian soccer team, founded in 2005 as part of the development system for the Vancouver Whitecaps USL First Division club. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues' Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and plays in the Northwest Division of the Western Conference against teams from Abbotsford, Ogden, Provo, Salem, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima.
They play their home matches at Terry Fox Field on the campus of Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia, 7 miles east of downtown Vancouver. The team's colours are blue and white.
The team competed as Whitecaps FC Reserves in the Pacific Coast Soccer League in 2005 and 2006, winning the championship of that league in their second year. In joining the PDL in 2008, they become the first team to make the PCSL-PDL jump.
