Thanks for uploading Image:Girl.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Hi there, welcome to Wikipedia. Those tags are only used when a page you've created has been proposed for speedy deletion and have no effect on existing pages. Perhaps the best thing to do if you want to propose a change to an article is mention it on the article's talk page- this is the second tab from the left on the top of the article page.
