Eugénie a 9 ans et n’aime pas rester en place. Elle gambade avec le chien du voisin, qui se ni mme Victor. Chaque Soir par sa fenestrelle jeter un coup d’œil vers la porte d’entre pour s’assurer que Victor l’attend toujours. En attendent le bruit que fait du Eugénie, il relève ferment la te tel et sa queue se met a battre dans toutes les directions en l’apercevant. Victor appartient à un vieux monsieur qui habite le haut de la colline. Mais depuis deux ans, le chien passe tout son temps avec elle, même si ses parents tentent souvent de la chasser.
