Since the standard SMPTE-334M is available for sale on SMPTE website I removed the following:

"is supposedly discussed in specification SMPTE-334M... though few of would know because it (as well as a great many such specifications as to how to use the so-called 'public' resources in the USA) is not publically available."

It was vandalism. It has been restored to "data". RJFJR (talk) 16:23, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
