While you are editing that article, could you do me a favor? We are trying to encourage the used of www.cityofvancouver.us instead of www.ci.vancouver.wa.us . The old address will continue to work, but the new one is "friendlier" and certainly easier to give out over the telephone. If you could change the address in the wikipedia article, I'd appreciate it.
