The Valley Christian Schools (VCS) are private schools located in Dublin, California. The Valley Christian Schools are co-educational and range from preschool through grade twelve. The student body comprises 1,300 students (800 in the preschool and elementary school, 100 in the Junior High, and 400 in the Senior High. These numbers, however, have decreased significantly over the past 3 years). VCS is located 35 miles southeast of San Francisco, in the Dublin hills, and resides on a 55-acre campus overlooking the Tri-Valley. The school's curriculum and Advanced Placement program provide its students with university-preparatory education, with emphasis on the Christian and liberal arts traditions. Grammy-nominated Latino pop singer Manuel Romero is currently a Senior at Valley Christian High School.^[1]
