Valeriy Vasylovych Dvoynikov (Ukrainian: Валерій Васильович Двойников, born May 4, 1950) is an Ukrainian judoka who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1976 Summer Olympics.
In 1976 he won the silver medal in the middleweight.
