Valerie Fleming (born December 18, 1976) is an American bobsledder who has competed since 2003. At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, she won a silver in the two-woman event with teammate Shauna Rohbock.

Fleming also won two bronze medals in the two-woman event at the FIBT World Championships, earning them in 2005 and 2007.

Born in San Francisco, Fleming lives in Foster City, California as of 2007.
