Valentin Calafeteanu

Valentin Calafeteanu (born Bucharest, 25 January 1985) is a Romanian rugby union player. His position it's scrum-half. He plays for Dinamo Bucharest.
Calafeteanu his one of the most promising Romanian young players, having his first game for Romania, in 20 November 2004, with Japan, aged only 19.
He currently has 18 caps for Romania, with 3 tries, 6 conversions and 1 drop goal scored, in an aggregate of 54 points.
He won the European Six National Championship Cup, Group B, in 2006. He also played as a substitute all the four games at the 2007 Rugby World Cup finals, were he scored a conversion in the 14-10 win over Portugal.
