[edit] HISTORY

Valderrama is arrived from the word "BALDE SA ROMA"(pale made in Rome).Balde means a pale (water container). This word was used by the seller when he was asked by the spaniards what place where they are? Stating that he was selling a pale. Many years past it was called valderrama.

Other fact was the arial view of the town, it was surrounded by the mountain with a open space in the middle. Picturing a pale like view.
