Valda is a comune (municipality) in the province of Trento in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 20 km northeast of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 230 and an area of 6.1 km².[1]
Valda borders the following municipalities: Salorno, Grumes, Faver and Segonzano.
