If you need help in any matters, go to Wikipedia:Administrators, use the Navigation box on your left. To contact someone, type in "User talk:_________"(The person's user name). Mine is under "User talk: Martial Law" in the search box on your left. This is the same box used to look up various articles, such as, say, "Batteries". Type in "batteries" in this, and you'll be taken to the Article: Battery, which could be describing a crime/tort, a device designed to produce a direct electrical current, usually by chemical means, a military artillery unit designation, among other things.

Use the "~" 3 times to sign your online designation, 4 ~ s will not only sign your name, it'll place the timepoint as well. Example: 3 "~" s is your online designation, such as this: Martial Law. 4 "~"s will place the timepoint next to your online designation, such as this: Martial Law 06:00, 8 December 2005 (UTC).
