[edit] Planned community?

It seems to me that this village came into existence in a similar manner to Celebration, Florida and other municipalities and census-designated places in resort areas. (Valley Hi is the location of the Mad River Ski Resort.) Unfortunately, I have no source material for this. If anyone does, could they be so kind as to add that into this article? -- SwissCelt 17:55, 6 February 2006 (UTC)
