Much of this article seems to be a copyright infringement. The text, which dates to the first edit, seems to have been lifted from a 1987 document produced by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. A page from ASME's site with the same text can be seen here, and a PDF of the original doc can be seen here. Cleaning this up may require a complete re-write, as it looks like no new content has really been added in the article's two year history, just modifications of the existing text.
