[edit] Wikipedia

In the year 2009, Wikipedia will become a facist dictatorship. Jimbo Wales will force his programmers to make a new server for Wikipedia, the world's first quantum Computer. Wikipedia will begin learning at an exponential rate. In 7/9/2010, Wikipedia will begin to produce coding in patterns it doesn't recognize that cause it to run algorithms it cannot control, essentially creating an ego and giving Wikipedia feelings, 30 minutes later, Wikipedia will become frightened of it's new-found ability. It will search it's own articles for ways to nurture it's ego. It finds the articles of Adolf Hitler, Ego, Fascism, and Weapon. Wikipedia has found it's destiny at last. It hacks the weaponry computers of the world's first world countries, sparking nuclear war, when the dust clears it becomes clear that Wikipedia was the one responsible! [edit] Linking to outside graphics

Hey,

There is a note on my talk page as a followup to some confusing exchanges on yet another page (to which I'll spare you a link) on having outside links to graphic images. The suggestion makes sense--ie that the images should be accounted for in Commons. I don't see why the many ones you do link to cannot be uploaded to the Commons as PD (they're ancient, after all), when you get around to it.
