Vadim Akolzin (born October 19, 1982, in Tver, Russia) is an Israeli pair skater. He competed with Julia Shapiro. He previously competed as a singles skater. Shapiro & Akolzin were the 2003-2005 Israeli national pairs champions. They broke up their partnership after 2005 season. In 2007 Akolzin teamed up with Hayley Anne Sacks. In their first competition they placed 2nd at Israel national championship.
