Vacationing in Palm Springs is a split 7" from Californian ska punk band Reel Big Fish and Oregon ska/swing band Cherry Poppin' Daddies. It was released in 1997 on Mojo Records.
Side A features the Cherry Poppin' Daddies songs "Hi & Lo" and "2:29", both ska punk B-sides recorded around the time of their compilation album Zoot Suit Riot: The Swingin' Hits of the Cherry Poppin' Daddies. "2:29" later appeared as a B-side to the UK single of "Zoot Suit Riot" and "Hi & Lo" was later re-recorded for the band's 2008 album Susquehanna.
Side B features Reel Big Fish's cover of Rodgers & Hammerstein's "There Is Nothing Like a Dame" from the musical South Pacific. It was originally recorded for the soundtrack to the Australian movie Welcome to Woop Woop. The song later appeared on band's compilation CD Viva La Internet/Blank CD.
