[edit] Collapsed airport destination lists

Ok, I think this is fixed now at Manchester Airport. Vegaswikian (talk) 22:06, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Durn it

Sorry, those both looked vandalous at first. I should have checked your record closer before reverting. I'll stay out of your way now. joshschr (talk) 19:28, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] DL LAX-EZE

Los Angeles is listed as a destination for Delta on Ministro Pistarini International Airport and it hasn't been removed yet. Bucs2004 (talk) 20:05, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

You removed information that you claim to be a person's opinion, but really are facts!

[edit] User: Native94080

Can you by any chance block this user from editing for good, because he is starting to get on my nerve over the edits on the SFO article, and Millbrae Stations. I've been trying to tell him, it is too much information, and also unnecessary but he doesn't seem to listen. SFOetthekid (talk) 22:38, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

  • Sorry, didn't know that. But thanks for letting me know who I can talk to about that.SFOetthekid (talk) 03:39, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Arkanov15, Arkanov92, Vitrox92

Are you an administrator? Can you please get rid of user Arkanov15. More background info is on WP:Airports' talk page. HkCaGu (talk) 08:16, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Smarte Carte/baggage carts not allowed on BART.

I need an answer to my question in Talk:San Francisco International Airport (BART station). Please answer, if you may. Native94080 (talk) 07:37, 18 December 2007 (UTC)Native94080

[edit] San Francisco International Airport (BART station)

San Francisco International Airport (BART station) - Thanks for your choice of words. More clear now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Native94080 (talkcontribs) 08:41, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Rental Car Center

Please check this website, which verifies the information that you removed. [1]

You know what....I think I must be editing Wikipedia too often and for too many different reasons. I should be editing Wikitravel more often. Native94080 (talk) 09:25, 18 December 2007 (UTC)Native94080

Um, to reply to your comment on User talk:Native94080 about the Rental Car Center, it is impossible to go to the Rental Car Center by CAR if you were going to the Rental Car Center to GET a CAR in the first place. —Kurykh 09:48, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

If it was in the general case of accessing the Rental Car Center, then yes, you would be correct. —Kurykh 21:43, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "V-train"?

Just to change the subject a bit.

I was wondering what the name "V-train" means? Because it seems like you are more proficient in the knowledge of personal vehicle transportation, as opposed to the use of public transportation, given your views on using BART between Millbrae and SFO, knowing how to access the Rental Car Center from SFO, etc. Native94080 (talk) 10:27, 18 December 2007 (UTC)Native94080

[edit] Smallville

Oops..lol, thanks for catching my mistake. The user had added the info before and they didn't have a source, and I didn't notice it the second time that they added the information.  BIGNOLE  (Contact me) 00:05, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] peer review

I was wondering if you could take some time out of your schedule to head over to the Heroes (TV series) talkpage and give us an honest peer review. The page has gone through some major changes in the last few months, and it would be fantastic if a prominent editor/contributor like yourself, could head over and give us at the Heroes Wikiproject some sound opinion and ideas on improvements for the page. We have all worked very hard at improving the page, and we need great outside, reliable and trustworthy users to come over and help us improve. I you are interested in joining the peer review discussion with other prominent users/contributors, much like yourself, please follow the link. Thank you very much for your help and your continued effort to improve Wikipedia and its quality! [edit] Ryan Howard vandal

You gave a warning to a guy who won't stop placing a stolen image in place of a free image of the baseball player Ryan Howard, but he won't stop. Will you please ban him? His name is (I think) PhilliesFan100. Thanks, Googie man (talk) 02:12, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, this guy has been at it *all day*. Anything you can do would be great! Best, Googie man (talk) 02:23, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Removing valid links

V-train, please stop erasing valid links and information from the KLR650 motorcycle article on wiki. Referenced here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kawasaki_KLR650 It appears one or two individuals are removing pertinent links, and you are only supporting their efforts. I do hope this message is in the correct area. Thanks —Preceding unsigned comment added by Guest2610 (talkcontribs) 09:00, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the head's up, I was typing up the 3RR when I saw your message. Good call. Snowfire51 (talk) 09:09, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks!

Thanks for your help with the Ryan Howard vandal - the person finally got the point! Best, Googie man (talk) 20:39, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Forum links on KLR650 page

How are the links you added not forums? It is clearly a community. Daedalus (talk) 21:59, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Seasonal Begin/End Dates

Hello. I know WP:AIRPORTS says not to have begin/end dates for seasonal service, but I believe that is only referring to existing seasonal service. Many of the flights for which you removed the begin dates are new flights, as in they haven't existed before and are only beginning this year and when they do begin they will be seasonal (I hope that makes sense). I reverted your edit at the EWR page because the reference I included with the destination states (and I know for a fact) that the flight is beginning for the first time this year. I don't know the status of the other flights you changed. Regards, NcSchu(Talk) 16:45, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Hi, I also amended the flyglobespan entry on the Manchester Airport page to maintain the begin date for Calgary, as this is the first time the route will operate (rather than Hamilton and Vancouver which are recurring seasonal routes as they operated last year). Like User:NcSchu I don't believe the project guidelines are meant to be interpreted so rigidly and generally refer to existing seasonal services. For "first-time" seasonal routes I believe a begin date is also acceptable. Thanks. SempreVolando (talk) 19:06, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Scott A. Brown

I think you are the only person besides me who got the "Why do you hate Scott A. Brown". You have any idea why? Mm40 (talk) 23:36, 21 March 2008 (UTC) Thanks.

[edit] San Jose Sharks

Was there any particular reason you reverted my edit adding the division title, or was that just an error? (Admittedly I wasn't logged in when I made it...) LondonStatto (talk) 14:09, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

Hey V-Train, quick question for you. Could you explain why OTL/SOL's are white, while OTW/SOW's are green? Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bumjubeo (talkcontribs) 02:30, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] OS X 10.5 edits?

V-Train, why are repeatedly deleting my edits under criticisms of mac OS 10.5 wi-fi issues? these ARE legitimate problems/concerns. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Merkinator (talkcontribs) 02:39, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Asian Universities Debating Championship

User:JJJ999 (sometimes editing as 122.148.218.27) is again using a Wikipedia article to make personal attacks against someone he doesn't like while claiming his comments are justified by dubious sources, just as he did during the Australian Capital Territory Debating Union dispute which we were both also involved in last year. You may want to have a look at Talk:Asian Universities Debating Championship and see if you have any comments. Purple Watermelon (talk) 07:22, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] "This is not a rumor site"

Be that as it may, the purpose of an encyclopaedia is to provide information for the masses. Surely many people will want to know what is expected as a successor to Mac OS X 10.5? Surely rumors of the future are as important as truths of the past; "Many believe such and such will come about in the future..." should be just as valid in an encyclopaedia article as any proven fact. --Samballance (talk) 21:18, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
