V-Cast Song ID is a downloadable program for some Verizon Wireless phones that allows the owner to have their phone recognize songs that they hear, and relay the title and artist information back to them.
V-Cast Song ID is an application that can be downloaded onto certain Verizon Wireless phones. The LG VX9400 supports the application which is located in the GET IT NOW menu option.
To download the program, so to the GET IT NOW menu click on Music and Tones and then Get New Ringtone. Then, after it connects click on Get New Applications, select V-Cast Song ID, which is completely free with some plans.
After the song has been found the song can be purchased from the V-Cast Music store or emailed to an email of the users designation. One can also choose to buy the song or ringtone of the song that has just been ID-ed. This, however, will cost extra.
