Võhma

Võhma (alternatively "Vehma") is an urban municipality of Viljandi County, Estonia. As of 2005 the population is 1681.
There's also a Võhma in Saaremaa, Estonia. [1]

The town dates to the sixteenth century. In the period from 1928 to 1996 it was largely known for its slaughterhouse. The close of the slaughterhouse caused a spike in unemployment, but the town has somewhat rebounded since then.
