Víctor Muñoz Manrique (born in Zaragoza, 15 March 1957) is a former Spanish football midfield player during the 80's and early 90's. During these years he played football for Real Zaragoza, FC Barcelona and earned a total of 60 caps for Spain, scoring 3 goals. He was also one of the first Spanish players to play in the Italian Serie A, playing in 1988 for Sampdoria. In 1990, Scottish club St Mirren signed him where he was reunited with former FC Barcelona teammate Steve Archibald.

He played as midfield player and was best known for his great physical strength that helped him tire his opponents in the early stages of the match. This ability helped him to be very useful when his team had to be on the defensive.

Víctor, as he was called when he was still an active footballer, was regular player for Spain between 1981 and 1988. During this period he played a total of 60 international games, participating in one World Cup, the 1986 FIFA World Cup held in Mexico. He also participated in the Euro 1984 in France and in Euro 1988 in Germany. His greatest success with the national team was in Euro 84 when Spain were runners up (lost to France 2-0 in the final).

Since the beginning of the 90's, Víctor started working as a soccer trainer and coached clubs such as Real Mallorca, Villarreal CF and Real Zaragoza. On 8 October 2006, Víctor signed a two year contract with the Greek football team Panathinaikos, being the 18th coach in 10 years for The Greens. He returned to Spain in June 2007 to take over at Recreativo de Huelva.
