Víctor Hugo Borja Morca (born July 18, 1912, date of death unknown) was a Mexican basketball player who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.
Born in Guadalajara, he was part of the Mexican basketball team, which won the bronze medal. He played all seven matches. Later in life he entered the pharmaceutical business and, after his daughter, a diver, died of an infection, he committed suicide.
