Your edit toSteinway and Sons has been reverted. Although I do not disagree with your addition, it is not pertinent to the paragraph into which it was inserted. If you wish to explore the subject of Fazioli vs. Steinway, you should create a seperate section and back it up with verifiable sources.

I made a minor revision to your edit for Vladimir Horowitz. In his 1928 US debut, he was originally scheduled, and was not a substitute. Horowitz WAS a substitute for a concert in 1926, playing the same concerto, and replaced a female pianist who was ill. The conductor at that point was Eugen Pabst. Thanks for your help!
