Mr.Mohammed Ismail Uvaizur rahman was born at Akkaraipattu in Sri Lanka. He studyed his primary at Akkaraipattu Boys Vidyalaya and secondery education was Akkaraipattu central college which is the first national school in the Eastern provice.except the his studies he was intersted in singing, writing. He won the National Youth service council All Island award for Singing and Announcing in the years of 1989,1992.

He started his Broadcasting career in 1993 pticipated in the programmes of S.L.B.C. His first programme was Kavithaich saremin the muslim service and Tamil service ofcourse Welazlen Pulan. He was seleted as Relief Announcer attached to Tamil Service in 1995 and also he was in the News Reading Pannel 1996. He started off as a Cricket Commentater and Corrospondent in 1998.He also produced some programme attached to News and current affairs division.In 2002 he had relesed a book Broadcsters Biography called Neyerin Paarvail .

He became as Television presenter at Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation since 2002. His first progmme was Aanenthe Maalai
