This image is a derivative work of my own photograph of a public domain building (all buildings in the U.S. are in the public domain and photographs of them can be used for any purpose). The building was unveiled in 1826 at any rate, well before 1923. Fonts cannot be copyrighted in the United States.
White changed to transparent. .PNG version of this .GIF file, all licensing and other things of that nature apply to this image.
