State Route 274 is a short highway completely within Parowan in southern Utah that connects SR-143 with I-15. The entirety of the route is named Main Street.

From its southern terminus in Parowan, SR-274 heads north from SR-143 via Main Street. It continues this path until its junction with I-15, where it terminates.
