State Route 264 is a highway in northern Utah that connects Sanpete County to Emery County through Fairview Canyon.[1]

After its western terminus, SR-264 heads southwest until it reaches Emery County, where it takes a turn to the north. Afterwards it makes a turn for the west until its eastern terminus.
