[edit] Requested move
UT Air Flight 471 → UTair Flight 471 — The official name of the airline is UTair Aviation and is commonly (and acceptably) known simply as UTair. Russavia 15:52, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

- Support I'm very glad Russavia has taken it upon him/herself to check these things. I'm willing to bet this won't be the last time he is seen to correct the title of something I've worked on. Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 16:27, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
- Comment Of course, I wouldn't have to correct anything if it was gotten right the first time. Now I am only joking there BRS ;) Only too happy to help out, Russian airlines/aviation can be quite confusing and there is so much variation in names, translations and transliterations, it can often be a headache trying to work out what is the correct one. Do we need to get more concensus, or can the move be done? The only thing stopping me from moving was the redirect which is already present at the proposed namespace. --Russavia 07:45, 15 May 2007 (UTC)
- I reckon it can just be done. I'll tag the redirect for speedy deletion, which will allow the move to be performed (for the record, the tag to do that is {{db-housekeeping}} should you ever need to do it again - or it was last time I used it, anyway!)
