Ustad Hamahang (Persian:استاد هم آهنگ) is a popular Tajik singer of Kharabat, Kabul- Afghanistan. He is the Son-In-Law of Ghulam Dastagir Shaida, also known as Ustad Ghulam Dastagir Qarâbaghi, who was from Qarabagh, at Kabul. He mostly sings Persian (Tajik) folk-tales, improvises on the scenes and creates couplets as he sees the audience actions, at times very funny. Hamahang, as been a very popular wedding singer in the 60s and 70s.
