Ust-Katav (Russian: Усть-Катав) is a town in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia. It is located at 54°56′13″N, 58°9′56″E. Yuryuzan River flows through the town. Population: 25,898 (2002 Census).

Ust-Katav is best known for its factory, Ust'-Katavskiy Vagonostroitelniy zavod im. Kirova (UKVZ), which is the production place of the world's most numerous model of streetcar, KTM-5
