USS Alarm (AM-140) was an Admirable-class minesweeper built for the U.S. Navy during World War II. She was built to clear minefields in offshore waters, and was given to the Soviets under the lend-lease program.
She was laid down on 8 June 1942 at Tampa, Florida, by the Tampa Shipbuilding Co.; launched on December 1942; sponsored by Mrs. M. A. Lynch; and completed on 5 August 1943.

On the same day, she was transferred to the Soviet Navy under the lend-lease program and served them as T-113.

Never returned by the Soviets, Alarm was carried on the American Navy List as MSF-140 after 7 February 1955 until 1 January 1983 when her name was struck.
