The template {{Ushr}} expands an abbreviation to a very long name.
Specifically for use in linking to United States congressional districts.
Parameters
{{ushr |1= |2= |3= }}
- 1
- (or first unnamed parameter) state name.
- 2
- (or second unnamed parameter) district number (for at-large district, type in "AL").
- 3
- (or third unnamed parameter) link text

Bug: No pipe
When the pipe ({{{3}}}) is blank, then a red-linked {{{3}}} comes out.
What ought to come out is the whole link: {{{1}}}'s {{{2}}}th congressional district]] without the pipe.
