Template talk:User yi

I don't have the character set and couldn't edit this anyway but wouldn't mameloshn be better than muttersprach for this template?

As I understand it, mameloshn is another name for the Yiddish language, while mutershprakh is the Yiddish word for "native language". So "English is my native language" in Yiddish is English iz mayn mutershprakh; English iz mayn mameloshn would be nonsense. If I understand the situation correctly. Angr/talk 14:26, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
