Usage syntax:
{{User PGP|NAME= Wiki user name|URL=url of keyserver (defaults to http://pgp.nic.ad.jp/pks/ |KEYID=8 digit Key ID with 0x prefix}}
This template is designed for users wishing to include a link to their OpenPGP key on their user page.
Note: The default server is the keyserver at PGP.NIC.AD.JP, which does not use the PGP standard port 11371 to fetch keys, allowing use behind a firewall. If your key is not found, please submit it to the keyserver.
